Bridging the gap between Creative Skills and Business Demands through Visual Storytelling and Management Training

Our motivation
Over time, we observed that
creatives are often ill-equipped for the demands of the job market. Unfortunately, universities tend to devote little attention to imparting practical skills such as project management, client relations, and the creative process. As a result, many creatives are ill-prepared to thrive in the business world, which is our project's primary motivation.

Create real connections
Companies tend to overlook
the importance of emotional and visual communication training for their employees. They prioritize rational communication, but in today's market, it is increasingly crucial to establish respectful relationships with customers.
Providing visual storytelling tools to corporations can help transform their communication and connect with their intended audience.

Connecting the dots
There is a need for a fusion between these two worlds. Our focus at TPB is to facilitate the growth of our students and clients, enabling them to build better professional relationships with themselves and their clients. We strive to achieve this by emphasizing the development of management and process skills for creatives and visual storytelling skills for companies.
